Pilot for a day

Perhaps you would like to become a pilot, but would first like to experience the fascination of flying up close and authentically? Then an introductory flight with the Weisse Möwe Wels is just the thing for you!

Procedure

You will receive an introduction to navigation, technology, meteorology and safety in a theory lesson lasting approx. 1.5 to 2 hours. After a short break with a little refreshment, you will take to the skies with our experienced pilots. pilots into the air. You will fly in two-seater motor planes or motor gliders. Beforehand, however, the take-off is prepared, the aircraft is checked and the flight maneuvers and route are discussed.

Motorized flight pilot for a day:
Now only 249 euros per person (including theory briefing and one hour of instructional flight in a two-seater motorized aircraft).

Notes:

Gliding: minimum age 14 years.
The minimum age for powered flight is 15 years.
Minors require a written declaration of consent from their parents.
Photography and filming during the flight is permitted and encouraged.
We recommend wearing sunglasses during the flight.
Flights are only operated in good weather. It is therefore possible that flights may have to be postponed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions. The decision lies solely with the pilot in charge. pilot.
Take-off and landing is at Wels airfield.
You should definitely take the whole day for this event.
The maximum weight limit for passengers is 95 kg.
The flights offered are exclusively introductory flights. These flights serve to recruit members for the „Weisse Möwe Wels” club.

Dates

The dates are coordinated according to agreement and the number of participants. The „Pilot for a day“ activities preferably take place at weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
