Prerequisites

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Derivative attendance service
  • Basic IT skills (Windows, MS Office)
  • Driver's license B
  • Preferably, technical training
  • Private pilot license PPL or higher-level pilot license & general radiotelephone operator's certificate AFZ
  • German & English Language Proficiency (Language Proficiency min. Level 4)

Tasks:

  • Independent and smooth handling of airport operations during published operating hours
  • Advice and support for all pilots regarding applicable airfield procedures and the published airport usage terms
  • Aviation Radio Information Service
  • Maintenance and repair of airport infrastructure
  • Flight check-in
  • First Aid Measures as an Incident Commander in an Emergency

Working hours

  • Working hours are based on a monthly duty roster according to opening hours, including Sundays and public holidays.  

Training to become an airport operations manager takes place in-house during the onboarding period.

Prerequisites

Tasks:

  • Support for the Operations Manager
  • Assisting pilots with refueling and taxiing aircraft
  • Maintenance and repair of airport infrastructure

Working hours

  • Working hours are based on a monthly duty roster according to opening hours, including Sundays and public holidays.  

Training to become a temporary airport operations manager takes place internally during the onboarding period.

Prerequisites

  • Driver's license B
  • Commercial apprenticeship or HAK
  • Accountant exam or payroll accountant exam
  • Accounting experience
  • PC basics: Windows operating system, Office, and BMD

Tasks:

  • General office administration and organization, such as processing daily mail.
  • Telephone service
  • Handling of general business correspondence (with clients, members, customers, suppliers, authorities, associations, etc.).
  • Preparation of meeting minutes
  • Drafting all types of written documents (reports, statements, statistics, interim balance sheets, etc.).
  • Timely and accurate invoicing to debtors. Tracking of payment transactions.
  • Timely dunning of debtors
  • Co-creation of a permanent improvement of office processes.
  • Inventory level and inventory cost control
  • Payroll for the association
  • Management of accounting for the association and WMW Betriebs GmbH
  • Creation of annual financial statements and balance sheets
  • Cost accounting for individual areas

Working hours

  • The duty period is based on a 38.5-hour work week, making the regular monthly normal working hours 167 hours. Extraordinary duties are possible for events, meetings, etc.

The training for operations managers takes place internally during the onboarding period.
